This and That...My 1st Post!




Didn't know you were all posting so much stuff on here....I'm out of the loop!  So i will post a picture of my lastest project (carrie already saw).  This is what I did with Carrie's old shelf.  I sanded it a bit and then put a stain over the entire thing, it is now hanging in my bathroom. I did put a picture in the empty frame, after this picture of course!

Now on two easy dinners, Italian Night!  When I have a bunch of fresh tomatoes I diced them up and cook them with some garlic until just tender then dump in a jar of this and some cooked pasta, and YUMMY!

 My other favorite is this.  Grilled your chicken first or saute it then slice up and put in the sauce.  It is good if you get some the the cooked chicken juice in there, if that makes sense.  Anyway I know this dosen't count really as "cooking" but they are sure easy and yummy!

    I tried the jar of just regular alfredo this week and I was not loving the blandness. I am excited to try this kind instead. And it does count as cooking. At least I want to count it as cooking when I do it. :)
