BBQ Chicken Pizza


So here is a recipe I make on Friday Night Pizza night.  I got the crust recipe from jaimecooksitup.  I make the crust in the morning then put it in the fridge and it rises all day, then at night I roll it out and add our toppings.  Glen was very impressed with this pizza.  Saves us some money!  The trick is really good BBQ Sauce.
KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce-spread over crust, not to thick and top with the following:
1 pound mozzarella cheese
1 package grilled chicken strips—mix with a little BBQ Sauce before topping
1 fresh pineapple sliced
Sprinkle of Real bacon bits
1/2 sweet onion
The dough makes two crusts, so I usually just do a plain cheese for the kids as well.

  1. This looks really good! It's all profesional looking. Have I told you that we stole your idea and we do Friday pizza night too? Will loves it, it's been really fun. I'm glad you put this up because I have been looking for a good crust recipe. I'll have to try this one this week.
