Monster Cookies
These are my new favorite cookies. They don't have any flour in them, just oats, and lots o' peanut butter-so Natalie they are gluten free! Anyway, Will loves them too. He really isn't a cookie eater, but he eats these like crazy, and so do I. :) This makes a ton of cookies, so I just made them into balls and put them in the freezer for later. They turned out great when I cooked them, and they are perfect for when I want cookies without the mess. I put them on the cookie sheet frozen, and just added a min or two to the cooking time.

mmm... these look amazing! We should make them when I come out. Unless your sick or them by then, or I can't wait that long to make them.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a solid bet that I will be making these this weekend! I love that they are gluten free and dont require expensive substitutes AND taste good! I dont have m&ms currently (shocking, I know), do you think they would be missing them incredibly if I left them out?
ReplyDeleteThese look good, I'll have to make them for Bob, I owe him a treat after jumping my car this week when I have to take Tyler to school and it was completely dead! And what Natalie, I don't think you can leave the M&Ms out, that is what makes them monster! :0)
ReplyDeleteNatalie, I'm with Rachel, I really think the M&M's "make" them, but that being said, I haven't ever tried it without them. If you do, let me know how they are!
ReplyDeletei made these, and I am really glad that I found M&Ms, because they really wouldn't be near as good with out them. :) My mom really liked them too!
